By far the worst experience in my entire life, in any aspect. I called the dealership on Monday to confirm a Vehicle was available for sale. I explained I would be bringing cash to purchase. They did and I asked them to confirm against Thursday. They called me Thursday and confirmed and also texted me to confirm. I go there and they say sorry we sold the vehicle. And try to get us to buy a different car for 7 grand more and just finance it. It gets worse from here. The used sales manager blames me for not asking to put money down to hold the vehicle. Which is asinine when they could have just said sorry we sold vehicle and I wouldn’t have purchased tickets Thursday night. So now I’m out near $1700 dollars I flights for my kids and I, plus I have to try and find and pay for flights back. It’s also gets better. They come back and try to negotiate it for 5k more then the other one and instead go from apologies to saying they didn’t do anything wrong and they aren’t in the business to lose money. Even though I just lost money trying to do business with them. I ask for the GM and they send the same guy over and over. This is the most unprofessional operation I’ve ever seen for a company. They care only about making a super high profit and have zero concern about the customer. Stay away from here.

UGH! I am so disappointed with their service! I spent a ton of money on a new 2025 vehicle and they have yet to address my problem! No updates and my NEW car which I have brought back 3 times stills sits at their dealership! SMH and I am still waiting! Haven't drove it in over a week but I had to make my payment. Wish someone would solve my problem before I have to involve my attorney. such a shame that just communication and action could have solved this problem.

Construction at this dealership is a nightmare to navigate. Had an appointment at 10:15-got there at 10:00 and did not get my car back until 12:30-just an oil change. The service department was great-I feel bad that they have to deal with all the confusion with the construction and still try to provide great customer service.

Went in to look around but ended up leaving with an Elantra, Erik Posada helped me out. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable, great customer service!

Service always takes to long. Had an appointment at 9:30am and didn’t get in my car till 4:30pm. Also the technician didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut on my SUV. He told me I needed a new Cabin filter but failed to see I was missing a lug nut. I’m questioning weather a wheel alignment and tire rotation was even performed on my vehicle since he didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut.

The dealer did not solve any of the problema the cat had, the radar they said was because the bumper is broken, thing that happened after the malfunction of the radar and they did not change the gas door that is broken and do not close, terrible experience

I had an awful experience. They told me in this dealer my radiator needed to be replace, and nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another hi I day dealer, the checked the car for 2 days and nothing was wrong with it.

Dropped my car off October 17th at 9am. Car was not ready for pickup until November 7th. I kept getting told my car wasn’t ready because the mechanic was backed up and hadn’t gotten to it. After three weeks, the loaner car had to be returned. I was told I had to give an additional $250 hold on my card to extend my time with the loaner car, although my car wasn’t ready due to the dealership. After being told that I stopped being nice to everyone I spoke with and surprisingly my car was ready later that day. 0/10 don’t recommend this dealership for any service work. The only good thing about them was their service advisor.

Courteous, efficient service. Problem diagnosed promptly, complete vehicle service, loaner car provided and our vehicle returned to us Saturday morning clean.
